10/10 recommend West Seattle Smile Co! My husband and I have been going here for close to two years now, and they have been amazing since the very first visit. The staff is SO sweet and accommodating; the ladies up front always take the time to remember your name and chat. We’ve gotten a lot of work done here, everything from emergency visits, fillings, routine work, Invisalign, and I recently started getting Botox with Dr. Niki. They are transparent about costs and will give you a full breakdown upfront and work with your schedule and budget without being pushy. As soon as you step foot in their door, they make sure you are comfortable and happy. We have definitely found our forever dental office!
I recently switched to West Seattle Smile after a disappointing experience at my previous dentist, and I couldn't be happier with the change. I'm not usually someone who enjoys going to the dentist, but the entire staff here makes you feel extremely welcomed. I had what might be the best cleaning of my life; thorough, gentle, and surprisingly pleasant. Dr. Nikki was incredible. She took the time to really get to know me. The front desk team also walked me through my payment plan clearly, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. For the first time, I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. I feel confident and comfortable knowing I'm in such good hands. :)
I started going to West Seattle Smile Co last year. They have pretty significant dental anxiety and their entire team was understanding, caring and made me feel totally comfortable. I really appreciated that even though I had anxiety around the work, they took their time, went at my pace, broke it up into manageable pieces and helped me through every step. The staff-I can’t say enough. They are professional, friendly, and fun! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and especially anyone who is fearful and has anxiety around dental work.

Dr. Nikki is fantastic, and despite moving out of state, I plan to continue visiting whenever I'm back. The cleanings are perfect, and the experience is calming and not fear-driven. They go over future plans without pressure, discussing all possibilities. Plus, the visits don't break the bank at all if you're paying out of pocket, and emergency visits are handled gently and with ease. I always leave the office feeling fresh and happy.
